Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for people and process? Wamly is looking for a Senior Talent Consultant to join our high-performing Talent Operations team! 

Purpose of the Role: Lead the execution of end-to-end talent acquisition projects, and play a key role in optimising processes, delivering reporting insights, and enhancing client success.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage end-to-end talent acquisition projects

• Ensure high-quality client delivery

• Drive continuous process improvement and data-driven insights

• Cultivate strong client relationships and optimise recruitment outcomes

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in talent/recruitment/HR consulting (bonus for HR Tech or SaaS)

• A degree in HR, Psychology, or related field (postgrad a plus)

• Registered Industrial Psychologist is an extra added advantage

• Strong project management, communication, and reporting skills

• Experience with psychometrics, SLAs, and client portfolios
