CGMs are responsible for driving revenue and managing key client relationships. You will be responsible for the end-to-end client lifecycle, from onboarding new clients to managing ongoing accounts, ensuring growth through upselling and cross-selling, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with multiple teams to implement solutions that meet client needs, all while ensuring long-term client retention and satisfaction.

What you need to apply

  • Requirements:
    • Matric
    • Min 5 years experience in a sales, account management, or customer success role in a B2B environment
  • Nature of Experience:
    • Proven sales expertise
    • Customer service
    • Enterprise account management
    • Working within a digital environment 
    • B2B – selling software as a service to companies
  • Skills and Knowledge:
    • HR Tech industry knowledge
    • Managing Clients 
    • CRM systems
    • Presentation skills
    • Knowledge of the Tech SaaS environment
 
Desirable Skills
  • Relevant business or HR-related diplomas or Certificates would be beneficial
  • Experience with the following products:
    • Google Suite
    • ZOHO
    • LinkedIn
