Thereafter, it allows raters to review the interviews in their own time, and independently and objectively from each other. They can also include comments and questions as they review each candidate.

By reviewing independently from each other, panel members are able to objectively consider and rate a candidate.

Any number of people can be a part of a rating panel, and once the panel have all rated the interviewed candidates, the panel can meet to discuss those that were top-rated and invite them for follow up interviews.

Wamly is also fully digitised, which means that an interview panel can consist of people in different locations and even different time zones without affecting the rating process.

This removes the need for panels to travel to each other, or to schedule times that suit everyone’s diary.
