To train and support new and existing BOH crew in consistently delivering the highest quality OB food. The role ensures excellence in food prep, hygiene, and kitchen operations through hands-on, structured training.
Responsibilities
Deliver structured and engaging BOH training in line with OB Academy standards
Train crew on food prep, cooking, plating, handling, and storage
Ensure high food safety and hygiene compliance across all kitchen stations
Assess performance and give clear feedback to improve quality
Support new store openings and revamps with tailored BOH training
Train on new menu items; check in with 5 stores daily post-launch
Address audit findings with targeted training and follow-up
Identify and fix non-compliance during store visits
Conduct regular BOH quality checks and retraining as needed
Skills
Confident in leading training and giving constructive feedback
Comfortable using digital tools (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, online check-ins)
Excellent communicator and presenter
Patient, and detail-focused
Team player and approachable
Requirements
2-3 years in a training or supervisory role in food service/hospitality
Strong BOH knowledge on cooking, food safety, plating, hygiene, and storage
Experience with FOH & BOH operations
Experience with audits, compliance, and quality control
