Oversee all restaurant tech systems (POS, Wi-Fi, CCTV, signage) from rollout to maintenance, ensuring uptime, compliance, and innovation across Ocean Basket stores.
- Provide support for POS, internet, and digital systems
- Conduct tech audits, system setups, documentation, and testing
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues with vendors
