– Experience as a line cook or griller
– Familiarity with commercial grills and fryers

– Prepare sushi items to spec (maki, nigiri, sashimi, etc.)
– Maintain ingredient freshness and stock control
– Keep sushi station hygienic and organized
– Collaborate with kitchen on timing and plating
– Adapt to dietary restrictions and guest preferences
– Uphold high food safety and hygiene standards
– Knife handling and sushi techniques

– Cleanliness and food hygiene

– Proven sushi chef or sushi prep experience
– Professional Sushi Chef Certificate (advantageous)
