Duties and Responsibilities
- Online Sales
- Facilitate auction sales, contact winning bidders, and coordinate vehicle
delivery - Prepare and share daily sales summaries
- Ensure reports and exception documentation are signed off and filed
- Handle telephonic and email queries from customers and staff regarding online
sales
- Online Sales Support
- Identify and implement solutions to improve response times and reduce
queries - Process finance applications and follow up on approvals
- Liaise with customers to gather required documentation and ensure submission
to bank providers - Match approved customers with sales executives to finalise transactions
- Assist private individuals with auction queries and payment issues
- Guide customers through the online sales process
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close sales opportunities
- Complaint Resolution
- Manage and resolve online sales and payment complaints, escalating when
necessary

Job Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a call centre environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Strong teamwork and ability to perform under pressure
- E-commerce experience preferred
