As the Paid Media Specialist at Wamly, you’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising high-performing digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll play a critical role in driving demand, generating qualified leads, and supporting our growth targets by implementing data-driven strategies that deliver measurable ROI.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel paid media strategies aligned with Wamly’s growth goals.
  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and design teams to create compelling ad creative and messaging.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify audience insights and media opportunities.
  • Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and more.
  • Manage budgets, bid strategies, and pacing to ensure efficient spend and maximum ROI.
  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking and attribution models.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Provide regular insights and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to contribute to broader demand generation strategies.
  • Partner with the content and CRM teams to align paid media with nurture workflows and funnel stages.
  • Stay up to date on the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices to keep Wamly ahead of the curve.

 

Skills Required

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns with clear performance metrics.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, audience segmentation, and attribution.
  • Experience with conversion tracking tools, pixel implementation, and CRM integration.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into strategic actions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS or tech environment is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency environment is a strong benefit.
