Job Outline

We are seeking experienced letting agents to join our dynamic Property Management team! The ideal candidate will be responsible to provide information to prospective tenants on the company’s rental apartments, engage with the prospective tenants, answer questions on the
available units as well as assist the team to achieve the sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Advertising our rental apartments
  • Showing rental apartments to prospective tenants
  • Generate new business by promoting the rental apartments and securing the sale
  • Facilitate the application and screening process for prospective tenants

 

Experience & Qualification

  • NQF Level 4 essential
  • NQF Level 4 Real Estate or equivalent is essential
  • 2 years or more experience in promotions or sales/customer service or similar essential
  • Previous experience in achieving targets is essential
  • Building rapport with stakeholders
  • Good Social media skills
  • Good Computer skills

We are seeking experienced Building Managers to join our dynamic Property Management team! The ideal candidate will become part of the Operations team who are responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our buildings.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day operations and upkeep of the building
  • Conducting building walks, inspections and audits
  • Implementation of special projects relating to the building
  • Managing revenue by monitoring overall occupancy levels
  • Manage expenses within the budgets
  • Maintenance Management
  • Managing the collections process

 

Experience & Qualification

  • NQF Level 7 in Property Management, Operations Management or Similar, is Essential
  • 5 years’ experience in Property Management or Operations Management, is Essential
  • 5 years’ experience in managing an operations team, Essential
  • Management of staff experience
  • Building scorecards and site audits
  • Building rapport with stakeholders
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Good Data and Interpretation skills

We are seeking an experienced Lease Capturing Clerk to join our dynamic Property Management team! The ideal candidate will become part of the team who are responsible for processing all the lease applications as well as achieving the lease administration quality and accuracy targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Processing and capturing leases (manual and electronic) for potential tenants
  • Verifying and reviewing all required documentation, as well as capturing them onto the system
  • Verifying affordability checks and credit vetting checks
  • Resolving lease administration queries by conducting investigations, gathering information, resolving and updating it on the system
  • Complete all required lease processes and administration
  • Process of refunds and cancellations
  • Process of tenant transfers
  • Process tenant parking applications
  • Process the first invoice for billing to the tenant
  • Maintaining the residential referral database
  • Processing general credit queries
  • General administrative support, manual and electronic

 

Experience & Qualification

  • NQF Leve 4/5 in Administration
  • 2 years of lease administration experience is preferred
  • Systems knowledge, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Zendesk, Pandadoc’s and MDA
