Job Outline

The Business Development Manager (BDM) position entails identifying and prospecting potential new clients across various sectors, ranging from cold calling to closing deals. The role requires enhancing existing customer relationships by collaborating with internal colleagues to meet customer needs. The BDM will utilise knowledge of the market and competitors and will be responsible for identifying and developing Tsebo Solutions’ unique selling propositions and differentiators through cross-selling initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Grade 12/Matric.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Sales and Marketing.
  • At least 5 years of Solutions selling within a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional Communication and Presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with key industry players, trends, and sectors such as mining, retail, warehousing, logistics, corporate, healthcare, manufacturing, and distribution.
