Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and complaints
  • Handle calls, emails, and messages with clear, professional communication
  • Capture and resolve customer concerns in line with business standards.
  • Gather quotes and liaise with decision-makers for solutions
  • Work with workshops, warranty claims, and stakeholders for efficient issue resolution
  • Maintain follow-ups to ensure timely responses and progress tracking
  • Accurately record and communicate unresolved queries
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Support smooth operations through strong collaboration and administration
