Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and evaluate impactful training programmes aligned with business goals
- Identify training needs and implement targeted learning solutions to close performance gaps
- Continuously improve training offerings to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and relevance
- Develop role-specific training plans, induction programmes, and ongoing development paths
- Manage training schedules and maintain accurate, compliant training records
- Coordinate internal and external training for technical skills, leadership, and personal growth
- Measure training effectiveness and provide actionable feedback to managers and stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support and expand learning opportunities
- Oversee the full induction process and respond to training-related enquiries
- Contribute to business growth by leading or supporting ad hoc training projects as needed

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Training or Development, or related field (Required)
- Relevant Training Qualification (Advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Learning and Development sector, facilitating, implementing and presenting training (Required)
- Management experience in the Learning &
- Development sector (Advantageous)
- Automotive industry experience (Advantageous)
