About the role

As a Regional Sales Trainer at WeBuyCars, you will be responsible for conducting in-person and virtual training for the sales force. You’ll be responsible for creating, delivering, and evaluating training programmes that align with our business goals. You’ll work closely with managers to identify skill gaps, improve sales capabilities, and support succession planning across the region.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and evaluate impactful training programmes aligned with business goals
  • Identify training needs and implement targeted learning solutions to close performance gaps
  • Continuously improve training offerings to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and relevance
  • Develop role-specific training plans, induction programmes, and ongoing development paths
  • Manage training schedules and maintain accurate, compliant training records
  • Coordinate internal and external training for technical skills, leadership, and personal growth
  • Measure training effectiveness and provide actionable feedback to managers and stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support and expand learning opportunities
  • Oversee the full induction process and respond to training-related enquiries
  • Contribute to business growth by leading or supporting ad hoc training projects as needed

Skills Required

  • Experience developing training material
  • Experience in conducting training needs analysing
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strategic and creative mindset with a growth orientation
  • Excellent time management and project coordination
    Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to change
  • Advanced report writing and presentation skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Required)
  • Computer literate (Required)


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Training or Development, or related field (Required)
  • Relevant Training Qualification (Advantageous)
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience (Required)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Learning and Development sector, facilitating, implementing and presenting training (Required)
  • Management experience in the Learning &
  • Development sector (Advantageous)
  • Automotive industry experience (Advantageous)
