The Content Design & Copywriting Specialist is responsible for developing high-quality content that drives brand authority, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role produces SEO-driven blogs, thought leadership pieces, case studies, email campaigns, and website copy.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with SEO, thought leadership, and lead generation objectives
  • Write compelling blog posts, case studies, white-papers, eBooks, and email campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing Specialist to create persuasive product content and sales collateral
  • Optimise website copy for conversion and engagement
  • Write social media content that positions Wamly as an HR industry thought leader
  • Support event marketing with promotional content, landing pages, and post-event summaries

Skills Required

  • Excellent storytelling and brand positioning skills
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho)
  • Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
 
Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or journalism
  • Proven track record of writing high-converting content for B2B SaaS companies
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices
