Wamly works by allowing a company to send a link to all shortlisted candidates, and the candidates complete a recorded interview.
Once completed, the company is alerted, and they can then rate and review all of the recorded interviews, fast-forwarding the interviews which were found to be lacking.
The top-rated candidate is either hired or invited for a final face-to-face interview before an offer is made.
