Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large operational teams, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Implement and enforce structured systems and procedures to optimize dealership operations
- Oversee inventory control, vehicle stock management, and customer service excellence
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless client management and high service standards
- Drive operational excellence by maintaining compliance with company policies, quality controls, and safety regulations
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implementing innovative solutions for continuous improvement
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all sales and operational processes align with company objectives
Skills Required
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in motor sales, dealership, or client management
- Experience managing large blue-collar teams (35-150+ employees)
- Strong systems and process orientation – detail-focused and structured
- Passion for quality, efficiency, and upholding company standards
- Disciplined, honest, and direct – a leader who prioritizes the company over personal gain
- Energetic, thrives under pressure, and performs in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanical understanding of dealership operations (Advantageous)
Job Requirements
- Matric
- Qualification or certification in Mechanical Engineering (Advantageous)
- BCom in Business Management or related degree/diploma (Advantageous)
